Solar POOL Heating
In a solar pool-heating system, the existing pool filtration system pumps pool water through the solar collector, and the collected heat is transferred directly to the pool water. Solar pool-heating collectors maintain the temperature of the pool 10ºC to 15ºC above ambient temperature.

The Solar Panels the size of which would be approximately 30% of the surface area of the pool can be installed in the most sympathetic area, either roof mounted, on a wall or in the pool area. The panels are connected through a sealed circuit to a specially designed chlorine resistant pool heat exchanger.
In general the swimming season is lengthened allowing owners to use the pool in colder weather. A pool cover significantly reduces heat loss in a cost-effective manner and helps maintain warm temperatures for long periods.

Your pool pump sends pool water to the solar collectors. As the water flows through the collectors the sun's energy heats it. The solar-heated water then flows back to your pool. This simple cycle continues until your pool reaches your desired temperature.
